Emotional & Mental Stress

What Is Emotional & Mental Stress?

In our fast-paced, hyper-connected world, emotional and mental stress has become a near-universal experience. From the pressures of work and relationships to health challenges and global uncertainty, stress can significantly impact our emotional well-being and mental health. The good news is that there are effective ways to treat and manage stress—ranging from clinical therapies to holistic practices.

Chronic stress can have far-reaching effects:

Physical: Headaches, insomnia, fatigue, digestive issues, high blood pressure
Emotional: Anxiety, irritability, mood swings, depression
Cognitive: Poor concentration, memory problems, decision-making difficulties

If left untreated, stress can contribute to serious mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, and substance abuse.

NET: Neuro Emotional Technique

We utilize this technique to help our patients identify deep rooted emotions affecting their physical body and mind. It is a painless technique using muscle testing and the bodies different meridians to help identify the root cause emotion, we then use recall and breathing to help the body eliminate the emotional trigger rooted in the body.

Feelings Buried Alive Never Die

We utilize this powerful book to identify the body system under “emotional attack” that is stuck with a negative belief. We muscle test through the unique phrases associated with the particular body system involved and help the patient process that negative belief. This is a powerful identification technique to help our patients process negative belief patterns holding their health hostage from healing.

Spiritual and Social Support

Practices like prayer, journaling, or community involvement can provide comfort and perspective. Strong social connections are one of the most protective factors against emotional stress. We also have a Certified Counselor in our office to further support our patients struggling with different stressors in their lives. This has been a huge support for our patients. Please ask our staff for more information.
